Zdravý mrkvový koláč

INGREDIENCIE:
- 250g mrkvy
- 4 pl pomletých ovsených vločiek /alebo ovesné otruby
- 3 vajcia
- 1 čl prášku do pečiva
- 2 pl medu (alebo iné sladidlo)
- 1 čl škorice
- vanilková alebo iná aróma
- ak chcete môžete pridať strúhanú kôru z jedného citróna


POSTUP:
• Oddelíme bielky od žĺtkov a z bielkov vyšľaháme sneh. • Potom vyšľaháme žĺtky s medom, škoricou, a arómou. • Potom k vyšľahaným žĺtkom pridáme rozmixovanú mrkvu (môžete ju len najemno nastrúhať). • Pridáme ovsené vločky, prášok do pečiva a nakoniec vmiešame sneh z bielkov. • Pečieme na 180°C cca 40 minút v akej forme chcete (môžete klasickú tortovú formu, srnčí chrbát, atď.)

Tento koláčik je skutočne výborný, odporúčam. A chudnúce krásky, nebojte, našla som ho na diétnej stránke, takže kalórií mať tak veľa nebude. Pre istotu som si to skúsila vypočítať a na celý koláč mi vychádza najviac 550 kcal, čo je myslím celkom fajn :). Ale zas, nemusíme to s tým chudnutím brať tak smrteľne vážne, veď keď si dáme pár malých kúskov tohto koláča na raňajky alebo na svačinku, tak sa nám nemôže nič stať ;). Všetko s mierou.

TO vyskúšam!! Však to ho potom môžem zjesť aj celý. :D Pravda, že tam nič nejak moc kalorické ani nie je. :)

Aj mne sa tak viac páči. A našla som aj fotky Candice Swanepoel s hnedmi vlasmi, ale neviem, či je to jej pôvodná, alebo to má farbu. Ale tiež vyzerá pekne. :)
